Salary C: £63k base Inclusive of Car Allowance OTE £80K to £100K
Our client is a Market Leader in the Express Distribution Industry Overall Role PurposeRecruit, manage and develop the Area Sales Managers & Field Sales Managers within the assigned sales territory (region) in order to maintain and grow profitable revenue from customers serviced. Lead and develop the sales force in order to enable them to achieve the set revenue targets while meeting key customer needs. Accountabilities: * Create Sales Business Plan and objectives for the sales managers territories ensuring that the Sales Business Plan is re-enforced at sales territory level (region) * Manage and develop the existing and potential customer base through the assigned sales managers & teams in order to achieve profitable revenue growth. * Act as senior local escalation point for customers and sales managers to ensure customer retention Set/ agree performance expectations with each Sales Executive & Field Sales Manager * Conduct Sales Key Performance Indicators reviews to analyse the business dynamics at Area Sales Management & individual account manager level to evaluate the effectiveness of sales teams.
