We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to become the operational backbone of the team.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate interviews across multiple live mandates and time zones
* Manage scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and clients
* Ensure interview processes move quickly and efficiently
* Reduce delays, no-shows, and process bottlenecks
* Maintain accurate candidate and interview tracking
* Support recruiters with operational and process management tasks
* Communicate professionally with senior candidates and clients
* Follow up proactively to keep processes moving
* Help improve internal workflows and coordination processes
