Joining our Wealth Management team
What is Wealth Management? Our Wealth Management team helps individuals and businesses plan for their financial futures. As a Wealth Management Associate, you’ll rotate through key departments, gaining hands-on experience across administration, paraplanning, client services, compliance, and more. This is a unique opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation in financial planning and advisory.
Your role as a Wealth Management Associate
* Administration: Support client record management, document processing, and office operations.
* Paraplanning: Assist in preparing client reports, financial plans, and investment strategies.
* Client Services: Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service.
* Trainee Advising: Shadow advisors in meetings and assist with financial assessments and recommendations.
* Compliance: Learn about regulatory requirements and the importance of protecting client interests.
* Employee Benefits: Explore group pensions, risk products, and healthcare solutions for corporate clients.
* Project Management: Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and planning.
Your Training & Support
You’ll receive structured training across all areas of wealth management, with support from experienced mentors and access to digital tools. This rotational programme is designed to help you discover your strengths and shape your future career path. You’ll build skills in financial planning, client communication, compliance, and project delivery, preparing you for a successful career in financial services.
Qualifications
This role may follow a pathway toward financial planning qualifications such as the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with opportunities to specialise in paraplanning, advising, or employee benefits.
