The Leckford Estate was purchased by John Spedan Lewis (the founder of the Partnership) in 1928 as his private estate. It became part of the John Lewis Partnership in 1929 and, since August 2001, has been part of Waitrose & Partners, producing food for the Partnership's stores under the Leckford brand. Visitors to Leckford Farm Shop often enjoy food and drinks in the cozy cafe overlooking the nursery. The successful candidate will enhance customer service and availability through contact, replenishment, and housekeeping, adapting to customer and shop needs.

* Engage with customers, replenish stock, maintain shop cleanliness, and operate tills to provide a comprehensive shopping experience.
* Work as part of a team, delivering high standards of customer service and flexibility to meet shop demands.
