Overview: GSK’s Global Supply Chain (GSC) Graduate Programme offers a two-year, technical development programme designed to prepare you for future technical, operational and engineering roles within GSK’s Global Supply Chain. Roles include working on lean and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
What you will do:
* Lead impactful continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies and Six Sigma.
* Drive change and innovation to streamline processes using tools such as Standard Work, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
* Lead projects to improve lead times and eliminate inefficiencies to maintain high supply chain performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise and coordinate improvement initiatives; gain coaching and project management experience.
* Contribute to the deployment of GSK’s production system (GPS) and lean standards in production environments.
* Support the implementation of digital data & analytics to analyse data and boost productivity and efficiency (e.g., AI, PowerBI).

* Technical degree (Engineering, Sciences, Business, Supply Chain, Production Management, Mathematics) with a strong focus on data management.
* Interest in digital technologies, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
