The Role

Responsibilities
 * Lead & Scale: Manage and grow a high‑performing engineering and product team.
 * Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO, Head of Product, and executive team.
 * Technical Leadership: Drive key product and technical decisions.
 * Process Optimization: Establish and refine engineering processes to improve efficiency.
 * Talent Development: Hire, mentor, and retain top talent.
 * Client Focus: Develop deep understanding of customer use cases.
 * Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, infrastructure, devops, and security teams.
Qualifications / Skills
 * Deep familiarity with React, Node, Mongo, AWS.
 * 5–8+ years of software engineering and/or engineering leadership experience.
 * Background in software development and/or a STEM degree.
 * Proven success in shipping enterprise‑grade SaaS products.
 * Experience across product, engineering, devops, and security.
 * Structured yet flexible approach to team building, process design and QA.
 * Passion for mentoring and coaching engineers.
 * Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
 * Solution‑oriented mindset balancing speed and scalability.
 * Curiosity and drive to iterate under constraints.
