Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver planned lessons effectively when the class teacher is unavailable.
* Maintain a well-managed, respectful, and focused classroom atmosphere.
* Assist students with their learning and address any questions or needs during lessons.
* Oversee both whole-class instruction and small group tasks across various subjects.
* Adjust seamlessly to the routines and expectations of different school settings.
* Communicate observations and pupil progress to the relevant staff or leadership team.
Requirements:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively and confidently.
* A flexible, professional, and positive approach to education.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Experience across different key stages is advantageous.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
