Production Planner / MRP Controller Location: Midlands Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Permanent Shorterm Group is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established precision manufacturing business seeking an experienced Production Planner / MRP Controller to support and optimise manufacturing operations in line with customer delivery, flexibility, and business growth objectives. This is a key operational role focused on production planning, ERP/MRP optimisation, on‑time delivery, and continuous improvement within a high‑precision engineering environment. Prime Objective To plan and control manufacturing operations to optimise customer service, delivery performance, and flexibility, while supporting business growth through the effective use and development of ERP/MRP systems.
