Role Introduction
Are you interested in starting a career in IT? We are seeking an Associate Technical Support Consultant to join our support team at the Willerby office. You will support over 12,000 users across our hosted and on-premise IT environments. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your career within a supportive SaaS business.
What You Will Do
* Handle incoming support cases and emails, investigate issues, and ensure accurate documentation.
* Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
* Perform technical support via calls, web incidents, emails, etc., diagnose problems, monitor systems remotely, pre-empt faults, and resolve issues.
* Assist with issues related to MS Azure, cloud computing, desktops, servers, and email accounts.
What You Will Have
* A willingness to learn and a desire to build a career in IT.
* Educational background in Computer Science or similar, or some IT work experience.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
* Well-organized, proactive, and able to work in a team in a busy environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
* A positive attitude towards training and self-development.
