Contract: Full-time, 12 month fixed term
We’re seeking a creative and driven Communications Officer to join our team and help shape how we connect with members, stakeholders, and the wider public. Reporting to the Policy and Communications Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging content, media relations, and digital communications for the organisation.
In this exciting role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the Communications Strategy, create content for social media and our website, draft press releases and bulletins, support membership initiatives, and help coordinate our presence at major events. Strong writing skills, media awareness, and a flair for digital communication are essential.
What we’re looking for:
A third-level qualification in PR, Communications, or a related field
At least two years’ experience in a communications role
Excellent writing and proofing skills
Experience with digital content creation and media engagement
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
