We are currently seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic supply agency and work in a SEND School in North Tyneside. We work with a wide range of schools across the area, so we are confident we can find a placement that suits your needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant on supply, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of the school, supporting and engaging students who, for a variety of reasons, may find school and everyday routines challenging.
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be patient, resilient, hardworking and understanding when working with young people.
The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will have:
1. Experience of working with children or young people with additional needs
2. A passion for education and supporting others
3. A nurturing, engaging and positive personality
4. The ability to promote positive behaviour, social interaction and emotional wellbeing
5. A DBS on the Update Service
