Food Production Team Leader
Location: Peterborough (PE2)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Were looking for a hands-on, motivated Team Leader to support the daily running of production operations and help drive continued success within a modern, fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of production activities. Your main duties will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure production targets are consistently met.
Leading, motivating, and supporting the production team to maintain high performance and morale.
Creating and implementing production plans, coordinating workflow and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Maintaining an exemplary health and safety record, promoting best practices across the team.
