Quality Control Laboratory Technician
Based near Northwich
12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Monday to Friday - Days
£27,000 - £31,000 depending on experience
We are recruiting for a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join a successful multinational manufacturing company based near Northwich.
Working within a busy QC laboratory environment, you'll carry out a range of physical testing and wet chemistry analysis to support production activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory testing and generate reports
Prepare reagents and maintain accurate records
Support quality investigations and laboratory activities
Maintain laboratory equipment, stock and housekeeping
Ensure all testing follows SOPs and company procedures
Support wider QC functions when required
Requirements:
Previous laboratory experience essential
Experience within QC, chemistry or analytical testing preferred
HNC in Chemistry or similar advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good IT skills including Excel and databases
Experience with analytical equipment beneficial
