Various shift times (Monday–Saturday 08:00‑22:00, Sunday 10:00‑17:00). Must be flexible to work any day/time.
Minimum 6‑hour permanent contract (weekly shift Sunday 11:00‑17:00 in Gloucester).
Job Overview
You are required to provide safety and security to our customers’ property, people and/or assets in line with published Assignment Instructions and Key Performance Indicators. Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and visitors, undertake additional training, and uphold Mitie and client reputation.
Main Duties
* Use ASCONE to maintain site security.
* Conduct regular patrols of the site.
* Deliver customer service to staff and visitors.
* Support staff with reasonable requests.
* Ensure relevant reports are completed accurately.
Training
* Complete all required competency training.
* Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Immediately report any hazards or potential hazards.
* Stay alert to threats or changes and take appropriate action.
* Proactively diffuse situations to avoid escalation.
* Maintain professional conduct during difficult situations.
* Accurately record incidents on the provided system.
* Call emergency services and Control Room for serious incidents.
