Role Overview
In this key role, you will deliver a first‑class Metering & Settlement Service to our Internal and External Customers. You will support the metering & settlement requirements of our business, handling installation and maintenance metering requests for Advanced, Smart Meter and Half Hourly meters as required.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
* Experience of delivering the highest levels of Customer Service.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Knowledge of the UK energy industry.

Hybrid working policy
Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to other offices may be required.
