We are expanding our Design Team and are seeking experienced Designers to join our talented team. The successful applicants will work on a variety of exciting projects, with opportunities to enhance their design skills and develop their careers within a company that rewards success in the Marine, Themed Attractions, and Fit Out sectors.
Main Duties/Activities:
1. Involved in the entire design process from concept to completion.
2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and execute project requirements.
3. Create design illustrations according to project specifications using 2D & 3D software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SWOOD, REVIT).
4. Produce production drawings, job sheets, and cutting lists for the workshop team.
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure design drawings exceed client expectations.
6. Approach all tasks with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
Essential Criteria:
* Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
* At least 3 years of experience in a technical design office environment.
* Innovative thinking with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Self-driven with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in joinery and/or steel design.
* Third-level degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
