About the Role
We are currently seeking a professional, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy main dealer Service Reception and Aftersales Team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you will act as a key link between customers, the workshop, and the aftersales department while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication to book servicing, MOTs, and maintenance appointments
* Discussing vehicle repair requirements and workshop findings in a clear and professional manner
* Processing and submitting third-party warranty claims efficiently
* Managing and actioning vehicle health check reports from technicians
* Handling and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Maximising aftermarket sales opportunities and promoting value-added services
* Ensuring all administrative tasks and service documentation are completed accurately and on time
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in aftersales, service reception, or customer service within a franchised dealership preferred but not essential
* Strong communication, organisation, and customer relationship skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume customer service environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium customer service standards
