My client is a small residential developer who focuses on the quality of their builds. They have a brand new development that is due to launch in May based in Derby, and they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join them.
Responsibilities:
* 2 years new build sales experience
* Responding to initial enquiries via email or on the phone
* Conducting viewings & providing information on the local area
* Ensuring that you have knowledge of the development
* Following up with customers after they have viewed the development or made an enquiry
* Negotiating offers
* Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
* Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
