Greens Retail Assistant Manager

Role Overview
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations and aims to progress to Store Manager within 3-6 months through enhanced training. We seek individuals eager to challenge themselves and contribute to making our stores among the best in the country. Your responsibilities include:
1. Leading and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service
2. Creating a positive working environment
3. Building relationships with the local community and hosting events
4. Managing store operations, ensuring high standards
5. Recruiting, mentoring, and training colleagues, shift planning
6. Driving business growth and meeting KPIs
7. Maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and compliance
