Role Description
Hive Sales Force is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Recruiter for a full-time role based in London. The Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, effectively sourcing and placing sales talent for our clients. Key responsibilities include identifying high-potential candidates through external outreach, engaging with institutions, and proactive phone recruitment, managing communication and engagement throughout the hiring process, collaborating with managers to understand recruiting needs, maintaining strong relationships with client accounts, and contributing to the growth and success of our clients’ sales teams.
Qualifications
• Maintain relationships with sales talent in our network
• Source and recruit experienced sales professionals
• Build a pipeline of candidates for upcoming client projects
• Screen candidates and assess sales ability
• Experience in both sales (or with sales teams) and recruitment is highly desirable.
