The successful candidate will collaborate with HR colleagues, line managers, and Directors to ensure the intelligent and coordinated delivery of all learning, training, and development opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to designing technical training programs, improving existing initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
The successful candidate will have:
•Exceptional organizational and IT skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
•A proactive and innovative approach to training and development.
•Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs, preferably in a professional or regulatory environment.
