Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Plumber to join our growing team working within the social housing sector.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring excellent customer service to tenants in their homes.Your new role
* Carry out all plumbing aspects of kitchen fit-outs and replacements
* First and second fix plumbing for new kitchen installations
* Removal and installation of:
o Sinks and taps
o Waste pipe systems
o Water supply connections
* Altering pipework to suit new kitchen layouts
* Connecting appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers
* Ensure all plumbing works are completed in line with specifications and drawings
* Work closely with kitchen fitters and site supervisors to meet deadlines
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in occupied homes
What you'll need to succeed
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* Proven experience working within social housing / domestic maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
