Your Responsibilities
* Sales and Profit: Channel your passion for Claire’s products to achieve retail store targets, implement strategies, and drive traffic to increase sales.
* Memorable Shopping Experiences: Create positive and inclusive interactions, helping customers find pieces that reflect their unique personalities.
* Piercing Excellence: Become a trusted guide for customers through comprehensive training in piercing, aftercare education, and maintaining a sterile environment.
* Store Operations: Oversee operations with flair, managing inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products enthusiastically, offering fashion tips and ensuring your store reflects the latest trends.
About You
* Sales-Driven Mindset: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
* Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred.
* Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
* Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You know how to engage customers and close sales.
* Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated and organized, ready to take charge when needed.
Job Requirements
* Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy.
* Proficient in operating a POS system for smooth transactions.
* High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of retail management experience.
* Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
* Willingness to bend, stoop, and climb ladders while assisting customers.
* Passionate about providing opportunities for self-expression.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management and cash handling.
* Driven team leader with a positive attitude.
* Fashion-savvy and up-to-date with the latest trends.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $17.00 - $19.50
