Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our client’s team in Haydock, WA11
Are you looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting Order Pickers eager to be trained on FLT, PPT, Power Trucks, and HLLOP.
No experience or licenses? No problem! Full training and a formal one-week induction are provided in-house. Experience will be beneficial but is not required.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and hardworking individuals with:
* Ability to work FULL TIME
* Consistent attendance
* Strong focus on quality over quantity
* Ability to work effectively throughout the shift
Pay Rates & Premiums:
* Monday - Friday Base pay: £12.81/hr (18:00–00:00: £14.74/hr)
* Monday - Friday Overtime: £19.21/hr over 40 hours
* Sunday Base Pay: £15.37/hr
* Sunday Overtime: £21.78/hr
* Bank holidays: £38.44 - 40.36/hr
Shift Patterns:
* Rotating: Sunday - Thursday 6am - 2pm (2 weeks) / Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm (2weeks)

* Full PPE including zip-up high-vis vests
* Comprehensive training: classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with sign-off after one week
