Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks – We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
* Design and develop comprehensive training programs covering technical, safety, and soft skills for diverse teams.
* Update and maintain training materials to reflect technological advancements and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create specialised training modules.
* Conduct training sessions in various formats (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) to suit different learning styles.
* Use diverse instructional techniques and media to enhance learning.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
* Integrate the latest technology and e-learning tools to improve training delivery and engagement.
* Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in telecoms training and incorporate them into the overall training strategy.
What you’ll bring
* Strong understanding of telecoms technologies and industry standards
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
* Ability to analyse data and assess training needs
* Strong organisational and project management skills
