Your Role
As a SEN Class Teacher, you will:
* Teach a small bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a Teaching Assistant.
* Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities.
* Motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentations.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure high educational standards.
* Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback.
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
* Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
* Adhere to all school policies and procedures in line with our values.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
* Successful experience in SEN teaching.
* A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success.
