Main duties
This role is 15 hours (2 days) per week and requires flexibility to cover annual leave/sickness.
* Provide administrative support to the Haltemprice Community Mental Health Team.
* Greet patients at reception, handle telephone enquiries about appointments, and enter data into administration systems (excellent keyboarding skills required).
* Work effectively as part of the admin team and wider team.
Qualifications & Knowledge
* Standard keyboard skills e.g. RSA2, ECDL, or demonstrable experience.
* Knowledge of office procedures, clerical and reception work.
* NVQ2 or equivalent experiential learning.
Experience
* Experience working with the general public / reception.
* Knowledge of IT systems and Trust IT systems (e.g. ESR, SystmOne).
* Good telephone manner.
* Team player.
