About you - Chef de Partie40-hour contract
As Chef de Partie you are familiar with working in a high-quality environment with the skills this type of environment demands. You will have a passion for quality ingredients and creative menus, and you will be able to organise yourself and exceed expectations whilst remaining focused and calm under pressure.

Someone to prepare all food using specification sheets to a high standard of presentation and quality,
A passionate individual to exceed customer expectations, responding to special requests positively and understanding specific dietary requirements.
An individual who can cook and present food to a high-quality standard
An individual who can train, coach and aid the development of junior chefs within the kitchen.
