About You
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will have the following skills and values:
* Caring nature
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of residents
* Experience in catering services in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
* Delivering prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas and serving meals in a friendly manner
* Ensure refreshments are always available
* Setting up tables, maintaining tidy work areas, and preparing food areas for the next service to uphold high hygiene standards
Experience:
* Experience working in a busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environment
* Good communication and excellent customer service skills to serve visitors and elderly residents effectively
* Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
