Job Description
We are seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to support the effective delivery of learning programmes across the account, with a focus on onboarding, frontline capability‑building, and role‑specific training. The role will ensure a consistently high standard of training delivery, supporting both service excellence and employee development across multiple teams.
The successful candidate will deliver a range of training initiatives, including welcome/onboarding sessions, PSO and specialist workshops, and supervisor‑level development. You will also manage training records and support the Learning Management System (LMS). This role plays a key part in embedding a strong learning culture across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver onboarding, workshops and specialist training to frontline colleagues and supervisors.
* Act as a role‑model trainer for PSO, demonstrating both technical understanding and service excellence.
* Maintain accurate training records and support LMS administration and reporting.
* Monitor training attendance, completion and compliance metrics.
* Work with operational leadership to align learning content with service delivery needs.
* Support the design and development of learning interventions to close skills gaps.
* Gather and analyse learner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Promote training outcomes, building engagement and capability across the workforce.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Proven experience in a training or L&D role, ideally supporting frontline or operational teams.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of learners.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Comfortable working with IT systems, especially LMS platforms and digital training tools.
* Able to build positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders.
* Detail‑focused with accurate record‑keeping and reporting capability.
* Knowledge of learning and development principles and methods.
* Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
