This role offers a base pay range that will be determined by your skills and experience. The working pattern is on a rolling rota, with a variety of shifts including early, late, sleep‑ins, weekends, bank holidays and flexible patterns.
Responsibilities
* Support autistic people with a range of activities they enjoy and encourage independent living skills.
* Provide holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community, and manage anxieties, including distressing behaviour.
