We’re partnering with a leading, top tier law firm in Northern Ireland searching for a talented Real Estate Solicitor with deep expertise in commercial property, to join their team at Of Counsel level.

Your New Role

This Real Estate Of Counsel role is ideal for a candidate who brings strategic insight, industry credibility, and the ability to steer complex transactions with minimal oversight, working with a high performance, top tier team.

* You’ll play a key role advising clients and supporting the wider legal team.
* Advising on major commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
* Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting high-value property contracts and transactional documents.
* Providing mentorship to junior solicitors and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
* Staying informed on key legislative changes and industry trends affecting commercial real estate.
* Comfortable with case management systems, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools.
What You Need To Succeed

As the Real Estate Of Counsel, you will;

* Be a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland, England & Wales or the Republic of Ireland in Ireland with 5 YRS PQE + in commercial property.
* Have solid experience handling a spectrum of commercial property matters, such as acquisitions & disposals, drafting & negotiating contracts, leases, and development agreements and adept at negotiating terms.
* Possess excellent commercial awareness, understanding the business context behind legal advice and tailor solutions accordingly.

Real Estate Asset Manager – UK & Europe

Job Description: As a Real Estate Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing AECOM's real estate portfolio across the UK&I and Continental Europe. Working closely with the Head of Real Estate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, financial oversight, and strategic coordination of our property assets. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate portfolio data, and ensure compliance with lease terms and financial obligations.

* Work with the Head of Real Estate for UK&I and Continental Europe, get to know the UK&I businesses by speaking regularly to stakeholders.
* Process and approve Landlords Rent, Service Charge, Insurance, Storage and Business Rates invoices on a monthly and quarterly cycle.
* Process broker and legal fee invoices and submit AP forms on an ad hoc basis.
* Liaise with AECOM's accounts teams based in the UK and India/Philippines (Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, and Insurance).
* Serve as the single point of contact with all Landlords and their Managing agents.
* Coordinate service charge reconciliation on an annual basis.
* Serve as the single point of contact for all Business Rates approval and payments.
* Coordinate Dilapidation assessments for all properties and manage remedial action plans.
* Contribute to the development of workplace policies, guidelines, and processes.
* Keep portfolio data up to date in Co-Star and other reporting tools.
* Support the creation of budgets and monitor expenditure against forecasts.
* Manage the services provided by AECOM's real estate services partner for the European region.
* Monitor lease compliance and ensure adherence to lease terms and conditions across the portfolio.
* Prepare regular property performance reports and analytics for senior management and stakeholders.
* Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and contract administration.
* Solid knowledge of UK&I and Continental Europe real estate portfolio locations.
* Analytical approach with the ability to understand space utilisation and challenge user requirements.
* Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding invoicing, supplier correspondence, general ledger transactions, and lease terms.
* Basic understanding of financial and accounting aspects of real estate transactions.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and clearly with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency with real estate management software, particularly Co-Star, and other reporting and data management tools.
* Experience in lease administration, compliance monitoring, and adherence to lease terms and conditions.
* Vendor and supplier relationship management experience, including performance monitoring and contract administration.
* Budget management and financial forecasting capabilities.
* Knowledge of UK and European commercial real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
* Stakeholder management experience across multiple business units and geographies.
* Project management experience or relevant certification.
* Experience with dilapidation assessments and remedial action planning.
* Familiarity with service charge reconciliation processes.


Senior Real Estate Analyst – Remote

Our client, a leading investment firm with a global reach, is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This pivotal role will focus on evaluating investment opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, and developing financial models for a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis for various real estate sectors and geographies.
* Develop and maintain detailed financial models for property valuation, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.
* Perform due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions, including financial, legal, and physical assessments.
* Analyse property performance metrics and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
* Prepare comprehensive investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
