Manchester is now the fastest tech hub outside of London. Scale ups like this business are the reason why. It has grown to in excess of 50 staff, and doubled in size last year. The investors are long-termists who have been responsible for lots of the UK's software successes.
They have strong customer centric proposition in specific verticals meaning they are entrenched and expanding.
The role
This is an opportunity to learn from a CMO who has innovated in some of the North's best known software successes. They believe that great content is the lynchpin of a commercially successful B2B tech business.
Whilst they have had somebody responsible for content before, not at this level. It provides an opportunity to make the set up your own, and build a small team.
Your role duties will include:
* Drive a coherent joined up strategy aimed at target businesses.
* Develop existing channels such as SEO content, social media, and blogs.
* Experiment and scale new channels such as podcasts, sponsored content, and much more.
* Grow a small content team over time.
* Form part of the marketing leadership team.
What might you have done before?
You must have experience driving content for a B2B tech business, whether this is in a SaaS, or a different model.
