Our client, an expanding organisation based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team. The CSE is responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers by processing orders, quotes, returns and assisting customers with product information. It's an exciting and varied role with full training given. The successful candidate will be customer focused, possess excellent communication skills and be highly organised. Duties include Generates new and repeat business through customer service initiatives Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns with a strong focus on service excellence Follows up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise Provides information regarding availability of in-stock and out-of-stock items Provides customers with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and offers associated products and promotional items Researches and expedites customer orders Monitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements Skills/Experience Experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service and to promote and maintain high standards of quality Professional verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office Understands and able to correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements with regard to processing international orders Strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation skills Takes initiative Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
