NorthCare Charity is the official charity of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA), supporting over 20,000 staff who deliver hospital and community healthcare services across Salford, Oldham, Bury and Rochdale. We raise funds to enhance care and experiences for patients, their families and the NHS colleagues who care for them, generating income through general fundraising and targeted campaigns that support specialist services, pioneering research and life‑saving equipment.
This is an exciting time to join NorthCare Charity as we expand our fundraising activity and increase our impact. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Corporate Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in growing our corporate income stream and delivering our fundraising plans.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and relationship‑driven individual with proven experience in corporate fundraising and strategic partnership management. This is a home‑based role with regular travel across NCA sites and into the business community.

Responsibilities
* The Corporate Fundraising Manager is responsible for growing NorthCare Charity’s corporate income by developing strategic and long lasting partnerships with businesses and organisations.
* Working with the Head of Fundraising and the wider team, the you will help deliver the corporate fundraising strategy, monitor targets and identify opportunities to grow income.
* A key part of the role is building new relationships across Greater Manchester and the wider business community. You will network at business events and forums, represent the charity and build a strong pipeline of new supporters. You will enjoy meeting new people, building relationships with senior leaders and developing opportunities for corporate and philanthropic support.
* You will steward existing partners and lead high profile corporate initiatives and strategic events that strengthen relationships, raise income and increase the charity’s visibility. You will work with fundraising and communications colleagues to develop partnership proposals and support campaigns, appeals and marketing activity.
* The role requires strong governance, compliance and reporting. You will maintain accurate records in line with fundraising regulation, data protection and NCA policies.
* You will work remotely and independently while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture. Flexibility is required to attend events or meetings outside normal hours.
