You will lead annual capacity and demand planning, manage complex budgets across multiple service areas and drive transformational change projects that improve patient flow and experience. You will work closely with clinical service leads and service managers to implement new pathways, resolve operational challenges and embed our values of Kind, Connected and Bold in everything we do.

From supporting our emergency department through winter pressures to leading service improvements that reduce waiting times, this is an opportunity to translate vision into reality for the communities we serve.
