3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
4. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
7. Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
9. Support team members with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
10. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by identifying and implementing process improvements.
