The Role:
Define and drive a clear, motivating sales vision and culture.
Establish KPIs, build scalable processes, and set high-performance standards.
Coach and develop the full team — lifting overall capability, not just focusing on top performers.
Take full ownership of day-to-day sales operations.
Design systems and frameworks to enable sustainable growth.
Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and outbound strategy.
Lead from the front — bringing energy, visibility, and belief every day. About You:
5+ years’ experience in senior sales leadership (Sales Director, Head of Sales, or similar).
Proven experience managing sales teams of 15+ people, ideally within finance, lending, or brokerage sectors.
Strong commercial finance knowledge (commercial loans and asset finance experience preferred).
Expertise in CRM-driven performance management (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
A track record of building high-performing teams, improving results, and scaling sales operations.
A motivational leadership style that fosters focus, professionalism, and ambition.
