The Role Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs within a mainstream setting Working closely with the school’s SEN team and class teachers Providing 1:1 and small group support as required Helping pupils to access learning and develop independence Monday to Friday role with consistency and routine The Ideal Candidate Previous SEN experience preferred (education, care or support settings) Patient, nurturing and proactive approach Able to work effectively as part of a team DBS on the Update Service preferred, or willing to apply through Teaching Personnel Able to commute to Weymouth reliably Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
