Pay Rate: £18.35 PAYE

About the Role
We are seeking three experienced Senior Early Years Practitioners to join our Family Hub childcare settings. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and childcare, ensuring a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children under the age of 5.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support high-quality early years practice within the nursery rooms
* Plan, organise and deliver age-appropriate learning and play activities
* Observe, assess and record children’s development in line with EYFS frameworks
* Promote children’s wellbeing, independence and developmental progress
* Supervise children during play, learning, meals and personal care
* Maintain a clean, safe and engaging environment
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers and partner agencies
* Uphold safeguarding, health & safety and Ofsted-aligned standards
Requirements
* Relevant NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent Early Years qualification)
* Demonstrable experience working in a childcare or nursery setting
* Current experience working with children aged 0–5
* Ability to support high-quality early years practice xsngvjr and learning
* Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow safeguarding, EYFS and health & safety procedures
* Candidates must provide suitable references and hold a DBS that meets Ofsted requirements
