Responsibilities
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
* Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
* Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
* Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organised at all times
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
* A background in guest services will be an advantage
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
