Maintenance & Stores Administrator
Salary: up to £36,000 per year DOE + bonus + company benefits
Location: Immingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends

As a Maintenance & Stores Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Maintenance and Operations teams, acting as the central link between engineering, stock control, suppliers, and site leadership. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a stable, well-established engineering environment while being part of a supportive and inclusive workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinating stock movements, deliveries and goods receipts, ensuring accurate flow of materials to support the engineering teams
* Maintaining stock levels with weekly cycle counts and assisting in the annual stock audit
* Monitoring safety stock to minimise downtime and keep the site running efficiently
* Carrying out quality checks on delivered and stored items to maintain compliance and standards
* Supporting the procurement process by raising purchase orders, managing PPE requests, and coordinating supplier interactions
* Providing essential administrative and compliance support to the maintenance team, including tracking service tasks and contract documentation

What We Are Looking For
* Experience in administration, specifically around stores, stock control or inventory management, ideally in an industrial or engineering environment
* Confidence using SAP, especially materials management or plant maintenance modules (training can be provided if needed)
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced site-based role
* Strong communicator who enjoys being right at the heart of on-site operations
