Salary DOE + Commission (1st year OTE £45k+ 2nd Year OTE £65k+ 3rd year OTE £100k+) & un-capped commission up to 60% + Several company benefits (See below).

The Role: What you'll be doing
:
* Working as a
360 recruitment Consultant
it will be a mixture of Business Development (Sales) and Candidate Recruitment - You will be in charge of your own desk: Finding Candidates ,Interviewing Candidates, Taking Job briefs, generating leads and pitching to new clients, and fulfilling their recruitment needs.
* Build key relationships within the industry with Candidates and Clients
* Work independently and within a team, building your
specialist market
like your own business
What we're looking for
:
* A Bachelors degree of at least a 2.1
* Highly motivated, Entrepreneurial people who are financially driven
* Experience working in Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales and Customer facing roles
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
* You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
* You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
