About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Care Assistant to join a dedicated client's team supporting individuals in a well-established healthcare setting in Kingston upon Thames. Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.

Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional wellbeing to senior staff.
*
Assist with medication support (if trained and required).
*
Encourage and support service users to participate in daily activities, routines, and social engagement.
*
Maintain accurate and clear care records.
*
Uphold dignity, choice, and respect at all times.
*
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
Requirements:
*
A genuinely caring, patient, and reliable nature is essential.
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – required due to the nature of work
*
Previous experience as a healthcare assistant/support worker – preferred but not essential.
*
Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it – desirable.
*
Good verbal and written communication skills.
*
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or bank holidays (as agreed).
*
Right to work in the UK.
Hours of work: flexible - early / late/ long days available from 08:00-14:00 and 14:00-20:00
