As a IT Solution Lead for a subset of the RR Submarines IT portfolio, you’ll support the IT Project Management and IT Service Management community through leading the research & documentation of concept solutions. What You’ll Be Doing You will develop concept solutions as input to the definition of project scope and plans; maintain architecture and design records for reference by the organisation to ensure Submarines IT capabilities remain compliant with Architectural Policies and Security posture and vendor support requirements. Contribute to the development of IT Architecture and solutions across the Submarines Enterprise. Support the Business Partners in determining Business and IT Service priorities and developing solutions as input to IT investment strategy. Support the Project Managers by interpreting project requirements, validating solution options and managing technical risk as input to the development and execution of the project delivery plan. Support the Security Management function by encompassing cybersecurity in solution development, identifying technical risk and preparing consistent architectural input to the Information Assurance process.
