What you’ll be doing
1. Managing and evolving pricing frameworks, including policies, controls, and strategic pricing principles
2. Designing and maintaining tools and templates that standardise how pricing is built, modelled, and approved
3. Working closely with Product, Customer Marketing, Finance, Base and Legal to ensure pricing aligns with margin targets, compliance, and regulatory needs
4. Supporting the development of new pricing models (e.g., modular pricing, value-based pricing, upsell paths and premium outcomes)
5. Leading and supporting pricing governance forums, ensuring proposals meet framework standards before approval
6. Maintaining the pricing playbook, including segmentation rules, discount thresholds, and investment guardrails
7. Advising teams on pricing mechanics during proposition development and product lifecycle planning
8. Ensuring consistency of pricing logic across sales channels, systems, and customer-facing journeys
What we’re looking for
9. Considerable experience in pricing, commercial governance, or strategy roles, ideally in telecoms, utilities, or financial services with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes
10. Expertise in commercial modelling, pricing mechanics, and margin structures gained through hands-on development and application of pricing frameworks
11. Demonstrated success in designing and operationalising structured frameworks, tools, or policies across a matrixed organisation
12. Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - including product, marketing, finance, legal, and operations
13. Highly detail orientated with a structured, process-driven mindset
14. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to distil complex pricing models into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences and influence strategic decision-making
