What you'll be doing: The Digital Analyst will play a key role in helping us gain deep insights into our customers' digital and online behaviours. By leveraging a variety of web analytics tools, the Digital Analyst will provide data-driven insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making across People’s Pension. • Analysing customer interactions, generating reports, and offering actionable insights to stakeholders, • Lead implementation, optimisation and management of digital analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Content Square, including the setup of event and campaign tracking through tag management, • You would understand how shifts in the marketing mix and propositions will affect digital demand and help commercial and marketing managers translate these changes into key commercial metrics.
