Learner Engagement Officer Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Location: Bradfrod, West Yorkshire Contract: Full-time | Permanent We are seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to support learner recruitment, outreach, and enrolment across Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes and Skills Bootcamps. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping adults access education, develop skills, and move into employment. You will work closely with Job Centres, community organisations, and referral partners to identify and engage learners who can benefit from training and employability programmes.
