One YMCA is seeking a Deputy Supported Housing Manager to oversee our High Wycombe service. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming lives.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality supported housing services for individuals with complex needs. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, providing strong leadership to a dedicated team and ensuring residents receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective line management, supervision, and support to a team of 20+ staff.
• Ensure services consistently meet regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across One YMCA and with external partners.
• Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee timely and appropriate interventions for residents, including referrals and liaison with health, social care, and community services.
• Support recruitment, training, and induction of new team members.
About You:
• Proven experience of managing supported housing or similar services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing 5+ staff, including performance management and development.
• Understanding of complex needs such as mental health, substance misuse, and homelessness.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Working Pattern: Shifts on a rota between 0800 - 2200 with some weekend and bank holidays
