We are currently recruiting for Group Temporary Staffing administrator to join our new formed Group Temporary Staffing Team based in Bristol. This position will be based in our governance team based based at either Southmead Hospital, St James Court near the BRI, or Weston General Hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest within HR functions to join a well-established team and provide support across all clinical and non-clinical functions within the Bristol Hospital Group. Our Group temporary staffing administrators support across multiple sub-teams working as part of either the call centre, governance, or locum teams.
Governance & Compliance Team
1. Review training compliance across both clinical and non-clinical roles, undertake communications with bank workers to highlight non-compliance and required timelines for training completion.
2. Support the processing of bank timesheets in line with agreed standards and operational policies.
3. Monitor new bank workers into the Trust, process uniform orders, badges and pins as required.
4. Escalate concerns to appropriate clinical and non-clinical team leaders when dealing with incoming complaints or concerns regarding bank or agency workers.
5. Assist with investigations into complaints or incidents involving temporary staff, collating and coordinating timelines and statements from internal staff, bank or agency workers.
6. Monitor short notice cancellations, refusal to moves and did not attend, and take appropriate action according to department policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and databases for all bank staff, including data input and compliance tracking
